Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information, which you can use to track your order online.
- To track your order status, click here and enter your tracking number.
- Please note product exchanges will not offer tracking.
Order Cutoff & Processing
All orders will be processed within 24 hours on weekdays (Monday to Friday).
No orders will be processed between 1pm on Saturday to 12am (Monday).
Once orders are placed, our distribution centres will pack and ship typically on the following day.
- Order shall arrived within 1-3 working days from order placed.
Note: Near's definition of working days are Monday through Friday.
Near's definition of weekends are Saturday and Sundays.
There is no free shipping.
- Shipping rates are based on weight / volumetric weight.
- Shipping rates are displayed during the checkout process.
- We do not offer the ability to select a shipping option for your order.
- We also do not offer any expedited shipping options.
- Please verify your address when ordering, we are unable to fix an incorrect shipping address on an order once it is in transit. If your order is in transit with an incorrect address, please reach out to your carrier to reroute the package. Near is not able to have packages rerouted or contact the carrier on your behalf.
- Refunds will not be issued for packages that were shipped to an incorrect address. There will be no possibility for replacement packages to be sent as well regardless of how large the order is.
